He is a world-class trainer having designed and led transformational programs for thousands of people in over 20 countries on 3 continents. Among his achievements are the founding of T2 Adventure Camp, NextGen Leadership Academy, the Northwest Music Fest, Camp Cool, the 40 day Summer Challenge and numerous other clubs and organizations in several countries. Jeff has incredible vision and the wherewithal to see that vision through to completion. This has been a model for others to realize that nothing is impossible and that their dreams, ideals and vision are a certainty.

His revolutionary approach to education led Jeff to become a key speaker, for three consecutive years, at a national conference of educators from around the US and Canada held annually in New York. As a teen, while traveling for two years through Europe, Jeff learned that anything is possible and that the world is our playground. An avid reader, since the age of 3, he is continually educating himself and has been taught directly by several significant mentors, including T. Harv Eker, Keith Cunningham and Blair Singer.

Born, raised and educated in upstate New York, Eric Bobrycki has been working all over the country since 1979 as an educator and youth developer. Eric holds a Master's degree of Divinity and has focused much of his education on promoting the unity of all faiths. It is not unity of doctrine that is sought, but rather unity of devotion to the one God.

The work for world peace is paramount to Eric and personal growth - that which transforms the individual - has been his focus. It is his belief that as a consciousness is raised, i.e., as awareness of one's true identity is realized, then one is empowered and rightly positioned to effect peaceful change in the world.

Eric has been a transformational leader, coach and mentor for 30 years. His style is invitational as he enrolls people to challenge their concept of themselves. His stand is that all people are capable and as one person is energized and engages the world for good, then that is one more opening for others to follow.

Eric has been married to his wife, Colette, for 27 years and together, they have 6 children. Their home is in the foothills of the Sierras in Northern California.
